Emma took over the Coversure Ely office in October 2022. By working in close collaboration with the Franchise Development team, she’s seen the office grow and thrive.
Emma wanted the support of a network but wanted to remain independent. She needed a platform from which she could service the building and construction industries, but which provided central services such as compliance and HR.
Emma has found Coversure’s support invaluable, especially from a compliance point of view, and Coversure’s outstanding central services team have helped her to keep on top of all the new regulatory changes.
As a relative newcomer, Emma recommends taking advantage of the Coversure community. She’s found that through the Coversure network, you can make great new connections and speak to other franchisees about what works and what doesn’t. The Coversure network has provided her with an additional level of informal support.
“It was really about working with someone that would help support the niche that we wanted to write but that would provide us with those central support services like compliance and HR. That meant actually you can run your own business, but you’re not alone in doing it.”
“I think that the Coversure network provides us with that wider support and means that we’re all supporting each other. It’s like a family of insurers all at once.”
